Hey there!
Please forgive me if I post incorrectly but its my first time on here. I don't have a high end gaming computer however i've been streaming from my laptop for 4~ months or so now without much issues up until lately. Typically while streaming I will run a CPU% around the 20% mark, lately however it has been teetering the edge of 40%. I have decreased quality, lowered bitrate and switched between the x294 and my AMD encoding software with identical results. I typically stream in a 908x512 quality (Poor internet where I live) and a bitrate varying between 600-900 depending how things are running.
Everywhere I've looked on the forums i've seen and tried recommendation after recommendation to no avail and ended up uninstalling and reinstalling OBS. This also did not help my issue at hand. Also as of late, OBS has been crashing. Once crashed, I attempt to reopen it and it tells me it is running already and to check the task bar. OBS is not running anywhere and even when looking through task manager it is not there however it will keep telling me it is running until I restart my entire computer.
Attached you will see my most recent crash report with the same thing having happened 5 times over the last three days.
