So last month i put my own pc togheter so i can play better games and stream alot more games. But the thing is when i stream on obs and play overwatch my stream just lags while i still have high fps in game. My settings are alright.

This was my last log while playing it. I don't know what the problem is tbh.
Today i was testing my stream again and for the first time the stream ran fine without any lag. ( I don't have the log file anymore tho, is there anyway to find it? ) After i finished dinner and went back to streaming it just started lagging again.
Also i used shadowplay to stream a couple of times and that just runs perfectly on high settings. I turn it off tho while i stream on obs.
