Question / Help High cpu usage even while using NVEC

So, while I'm streaming or I just have obs open I generally get around 50% CPU usage. Back when I first started streaming in January I used to be able to play CS:GO max graphics and get over 100 FPS, now when I try to stream CS:GO on the lowest graphics I get under 60 FPS. This is incredibly frustrating as it's annoying to even stream with not being able to keep even chrome up with a risk of me getting under 60fps in games, I've thought of just doing a factory reset and seeing if that helps any because I'm at a loss of what to do.

Please close this, I figured out the issue on my own after taking some time to think, it was due to having too many scenes with browser sources and whatnot, so now I use scene grouping it it lowers it from 50% to 5%.

Hey, I'm glad this wasn't closed! Might you explain how you accomplished this, please? I might have the same issue.
