Question / Help High CPU usage after update

OBS wouldn't update yesterday, so I uninstalled the old version from my system and installed the current 64-bit version of OBS. I'm using the same settings from the previous build, but for some reason, my CPU usage is high (~30%) when idle. I only have one scene and one source, the capture device. I reviewed and followed the suggestions in the "High CPU/Encoding Error" (except the downscale resolution suggestion, but like I said, it worked fine before with that setting as it is) thread but to no avail. I've made sure my Nvidia drivers are up to date, too. It's also worth mentioning that I have checked my Nvidia Control Panel settings and have tested this while running the OBS as admin. I would appreciate if anybody could help me with this predicament.
