In one of the latest updates v27.2.3 and the previous revision have this issue, Use of a high contrast theme Windows 10 machine has now caused all the colors to be flattened to the Dark Green I use in said theme. Mostly found on BROWSER sources it turns everything the same color or creates a background where there wasn't one.
Visible here on the Upper Right Chat overlay and the bottom Twitch Generic Sub Goal Progress Bar that should be white and purple.
