Hide certain program on full screen recording

Hi, i was wondering if you could hide certain program on full screen recording, for example i would want to stream a game where the launcher could spoil my accc name and i want to hide the launcher.

I want to play on full screen mode because i play with multiples accounts so recording multiples screens is not really fiting
