Hi8mm to PC horizontal lines

I am converting Hi8mm tapes to PC with OBS and was wondering if there is a setting to eliminate the horizontal movement lines I am getting? This is NTSC.

You have to select a Deinterlacing method to your video source. Just right click on your video source and select "Deinterlacing" -> "Linear" (or another deinterlacing method)
