Hi! Pixelated/Laggy streaming game quality while on OBS studios

I have 100 MBPS upload speed, streaming with OBS, 3090 rtx ti i9-12900k computer, and whenever i open my stream with OBS studios and i move my character in-game ( World of Warcraft ) the stream becomes laggy/pixelated/foggy.I copy pasted settings from various guides on youtube etc, without any luck.Is there anyone in here who can help me with this issue? Thank you!

Following steps on Youtube is not gonna help you much. Best thing do is find your own settings. Go to Menu > Tools > Auto-Config Wizards. Run that, after it is finished restart OBS and test your settings. Also with RTX card you can use Nvenc which has it own encoder. Sometimes in certain games you might need to lower the quality and not playing at highest settings to test to find that sweet spot.

That didn't help me at all sry xsoul.Is there anyone here that can inspect my latest OBS streaming log to find a solution please?
