hi im experiencing lag and idk what causes it..

hi, i'm having alot of lag on my twitch. my download and upload speed are 100/mbs yet im streaming at 3500 bitrate. i can't find the problem.
my twitch is twitch.tv/skuaz if you want to check it out yourself. i lag about every 10 seconds
