Hi I need help about obs streaming problem

This afternoon I was still able to stream on youtube, but just after I stopped the stream and checked for streaming again (because of curiosity), it says starting the output failed, if you're using NVENC or AMD encoders, even though my GT 1030 is not supported to use NVENC and I've been using an x264 encoder the whole time and it still runs good at 60 fps.

and dont use 75 fps use 60 youtube only suport 60 fps it will drop frames then on 75

2 Viceo capture devices and the usb mic looks like you have an USB bandwitch problem

download this programm and post a screenshot of it !
