Question / Help Hi, i have a problem with OBS all times

When i install the OBS Studio, or old or new, the live lags and videos same...
My specs:

1. (GPU) Nvidia GT 730
2. (CPU) AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.20 GHz
3. (RAM) 3.00
Windows 10 Pro
System Type: 64-bit
Windows is activated.

I have an hard disk ->

Settings Recomandations?

Because, i want to play on GeForceNOW on LiveStream...
