I want add a resource, tool for XML files to TXT for use into OBS,
but i see DELETED or APPROVAL.
Why?

An open source community typically is driven by voluntary effort. I think it's a good thing that they don't just let every submitted piece of code pass automatically, but do a serious review instead. Those people will have to devide their efforts between this reviewing, probably taking part at the feature request process, general OBS development, bug fixing, answering support questions at the forum and Discord, a paid day job and family life. So please be patient, such replies are not in any way helpful.
