HEVC_VideoToolBox and HLS output

Hello,

I would like to generate HLS fragments with fmp4 type using h265 hardware encoding on MAC.
When I select hls then hevc_videotoolbox option is disabled. However, with ffmpeg library it is
possible to use it. Could someone help how to do it in OBS?
