Hello, my monitor resolution is 1440x900 and when I record games(fullscreen) my recording isnt the way I want(I think u understand me), where should I change the resolution (my settings are made by obs itself and I record with NVENC on simple mode)...
I know I must change something somewhere but if I change the output resolution to 1280x720 the video on the main obs tab is deformed
I mean the problem is with aspect ratio...

Your monitor isn't 16x9. However, all streaming platforms assume your audience's monitor is 16x9, so that's the aspect ratio it wants.

To correct this without replacing your monitor, you need to either accept that either you, or your audience, will see the image in an aspect ratio that has been corrected, either by the addition of black bars, or by stretching. There is no magical solution that allows you to see a correct image on your screen AND for the audience to see a correct image on their screen, because there is no kind of image that can be both things.
