I am not sure if this is the right site for me to be asking, but so many of you seem knowledgeable, so it couldnt hurt to ask. This may be a long post lol.
I purchased a "SANNCE New 1080P 2-Megapixel (1920 x 1080p) POE Video Security System and (4) 1920TVL Outdoor Bullet IP Cameras with 100ft Night Vision" system for my barn. Model number- SU-43SU1-34GA
My barn is approx. 500-600 feet from my router. I used 2 direct tv DECA adapters and coax to run internet to the barn. (It worked WAY better than I anticipated.)
I am needing to live stream either to ustream or another streaming service. I had it working, but something has malfunctioned and I would honestly like a better way to hook it up. Right now, I have the NVR connected to a laptop in the barn with a couple of adapters. NVR>hdmi/av adapter>easycap device>laptop>adobe>stream
Is OBS something that would help me? Is there an easier way to make this work?
I need to be able to monitor critters that are close to birthing without bothering them with my presence.
Thanks!
