Hello. I am new to OBS Studio program.
In fact, it has been almost a month since I started using this program.
I wrote this thread because I had some questions while writing this program.
I am currently using a Samsung all-in-one computer and I am using Windows 10.
The microphone is activated on the computer speaker in real time because the separate app microphone permission setting is turned on in the Windows microphone settings.
And to hide the real-time microphone sound from the computer, I use wired earphones after plugging them into the computer terminal.
For personal reasons, I am using the computer in the living room with the monitor on and off again for more than 12 hours a day and recording at the same time.
The OBS Studio program is often overloaded with encoding, and it records alternately with another recording program called oCam, backs up Google Photos or Google Drive on the Google Chrome website, and copies files on the phone. You are working on multiple tasks at the same time.
Here, when recording through a recording program called oCam, it does not put any strain on the computer, but when a black or white screen appears after saving, the Windows process end window appears.
Oddly enough, OBS Studio was still recording, unless you stop recording or take special precautions in such a situation.
So, I confirmed that 19 hours of recording was in progress, and now I clicked the stop recording button twice.
However, only the portion was saved in about 2 hours of 480mb, and when I checked the detailed information in the mkv format file video, the last modification date seems to match the time when I stopped recording.
When I played the video directly and checked it, there seemed to be no other problem until about 2 hours. When the last playback length reached, there were no warnings from the OBS Studio program, and the recording suddenly stopped on the screen. .
The storage space started recording from 11GB, and it seems that there was a total of about 7GB left before recording was stopped.
If I were to clear things up and ask a question...
1. If the wired earphone is connected to the computer, if recording is performed through the OBS Studio program of the initial setting without any additional manipulation, which device will be used between the wired earphone and the desktop microphone? .?
2. As a result of several questions and searches on Google, I know that there is an error that sometimes saves after recording in OBS Studio program, in which only part of the playback length of the total capacity of the video is saved.
What kind of problem and cause are most of these errors caused by...?
3. In my situation, what kind of problem and cause caused this error to occur...?
I will attach my log file as well. Please give me a detailed answer :)
sorry. Looking at the instructions of OBS Studio, there seems to be a principle that logs with problems should be sent during the session, but in my case, I had to wait several hours for recording. I'm not sure if this error will come up later...
This is a situation that requires a quicker and more detailed answer than anything else right now, and if there is an opportunity, when this problem occurs again later, I will fix it and send the log file again...!
