Well now suddenly it stopped working last night and I need help to get it fixed PLEASE! but
- You have audio at 2 different sampling rates
- and that log is full of error messages regarding your video capture source. That log would seem to indicate a video source issue (and OBS getting hung up on it might have affected rest of PC and audio?? maybe.. don't know ..

so, take someone else's input over mine... but while waiting, I'd fix both of those issue and see if that helps
 
Oh that's probably because I don't have everything hooked up like the HDMI cable connected to my switch that I usually have connected to the video capture device I can hook it back up and send another log file if you like and see if there's a difference
