Every time I window capturing, there are these weird distortions. I had tried everything but I can't fix

it.

OBS does not support Windows 7.
1. OBS > Settings > Audio > General > Change Sample Rate to 48 kHz.
2. OBS > Settings > Video > Change FPS Value to 30.
2. OBS > Settings > Advanced > Change Color Format to NV12 and Color Range to Partial.
