looking for some help on setting up my stream for good video quality ive tried everything and cannot seem to get it, my specs are ryzen 5 3600 rtx 2060 super 16 gb 3200mhz ram, no overlays are in the stream and only one display capture window, anyone who can help will be greatly appreciated

Open OBS.
Go to the Tools menu at the top.
Run the Auto-Configuration Wizard.
Display Capture is the LEAST performant capture method, and should be avoided at all costs if possible. Use a Game or Window Capture instead, unless you absolutely MUST use Display Capture for some reason.

no dropped frames but a little pixelated how can i fix this?

Use more bitrate, less resolution, or less framerate.
Preferably the last when possible; 60fps uses twice as much bitrate as 30fps, for a very minor visual strictly nice-to-have upgrade, unless you're streaming retro games that use sprite blitting for faked transparency.
