I've recently upgraded my pc and notice whenever i stream with obs I'm only getting anywhere from 45 to 20 fps.. I've tried multiple solutions and none have worked so i figured I'd come here and ask for help I'm using an 17 9700k and an rtx 2080 and 16 gb 3200mhz ram so i should be more than capable of streaming at 1080 60 fps or at least I'd assume so.. any help would be appreciated I'll include a log file
