Question / Help Help Woth Laggy Recording? (Log File Included)

Title. Used to be a complete black screen but I turned off all overlays, turned on VSync in Overwatch and set a frame rate cap that made things slightly better but the recording is still a laggy mess. Team Fortress 2 recordings play perfectly :/ Help!
