Help with video

Hi, New to OBS and have a problem in that the video shows in the properties for the capture device but won't show in the OBS program, captured video is a blank screen. I have done all steps in guides etc to solve this but no luck, I am using an Acer laptop windows 11

You disabled the source by clicking the eye icon. This is the purpose of the eye icon - not showing/toggling the source.

Thanks that worked, but the audio lags behind when video played back, will play around a bit to resolve
