Question / Help help with video/output

how do you setup output to advance, obs dont let me change it, i already open it like open as administrator, and on the other hand in video it sais that a output is active and idk how to change that... tnks hope some one help that easy things

Certain settings (resolution and framerate in Settings > Video cannot be changed while video output is active.

Active video output means:

1) A recording session is open;
2) A streaming session is open

or

3) You have the OBS-NDI plugin installed and it has an output active. You can turn off these in the Tools > NDI Output menu if that is your issue.
