Hi friends,
This may be a simple fix but here’s the problem: while streaming or recording, when I turn my face or get close to my camera the image gets extremely white. see this most recent video https://youtu.be/PcyPEWwGKz4 it happens immediately at the beginning so there’s no need to watch the whole thing (unless you want to). I’m using a Sony A6000, elgato can link 4k, and two elgato key lights. and also a green screen. My guess is it’s a setting in my camera but can’t seem to pin it down. Thanks for your help!
