Does this happen with every game or just specific games?

How do you fare using native (software) encoding?

i have no idea what native encoding is, ive tried different settings and everything, the second i start streaming and get into a game, my bitrate drops to red instantly and my stream is just a stuttering nightmare. and so far everygame that ive tried it does this

Okay interesting.

When I said native encoding, I mean the option in OBS to use your CPU to encode the stream rather than your graphics card. When you go to OBS settings and have the option to set encoding, select "x264" instead of "NVENC" and see if you are able to get a good stream bitrate going during a test.

It'll help narrow down what the potential issues are.

tried that also and got like a breaking slide show of a stream, could it have something to do with the server? i havent tested it out yet but i did have the backup youtube ingest server picked, i currently changed it to primary youtube ingest server (legacy rtmp) but i havent tested that out yet also should i disable dvr or does that have any effect to the stream?

Without a log file it's all guesses.
Make sure is one of the attempts to stream you did.

Please follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

Once you finish with all that, please restart OBS and test it again.

The network errors you have may be related to the lenovo app, but may be due an issue on the local or ISP network .
