I was going to maybe start streaming but did not know what the settings should be like for me. Any help on what type of settings i should run would be much appreciated.

Hi.
I recommend that start with a basic configuration. In OBS, open Settings. In AUDIO, choose your microphone. It can be the one of your laptop or an external microphone.
In VIDEO, choose 1280 x 720 to stream in HD or 1920 X 1080 to stream en UHD. If your computer doesn't have high graphics, I recommend the option 1.
