I am new to streaming and am trying to get the highest quality I can, I have 11mbs of upload speed which I have watched videos saying it can handle 1080p if I put bit-rate to 6000 but when I do 6000 or even 5000 I am immensely dropping frames and the thing that should be green is red can anyone help me?
