Recently my streams have taken a turn to the worst and I dont know what changed to cause it. My log file of one of the worse streams is https://pastebin.com/KKr3ZxQC On my system the games are running over 60fps and obs isnt showing much of a loss of frames probably 1% or less. Then on the twitch streams the game looks choppy and on advanced video stats on twitch its showing lots of skipped frames. any help would be much appreciated. System cpu is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5700HQ CPU @ 2.70GHz GPU is a 980M and RAM is 24GBs.

Did you disable Game Mode in the Windows 10 settings? (also check your Anti-virus for something similar and make sure it's disabled), and disable the GameDVR option in Windows 10 as well.

I have that game mode, game dvr and I have checked under compatibility to disable full screen optimization already. I don't have Windows defender enabled and I close my malwarebytes before stream. I'll edit this post with a VOD as an example of my stream issues.

Hmm... according to the log you posted, your system can't keep up with your settings on the encoding side. In particular your CPU can't keep up, so try dropping your fps in OBS to 30.

Also grab CPU-z and make sure that your system memory is running in Dual channel mode, and that the sticks of memory match for each channel/slot.
