Question / Help Help With Settings. i5 6600k GTX 1070

I am trying to stream fortnite and I either lag hard or the game doesnt load right when I try and stream. Anyone know how to help?

My Build is
i5 6600k 3.5Ghz
GTX 1070 8Gb
12GB RAM (3x4gb ddr4)

Didnt think I needed a log file. Just wanted help with settings because mine arent very good and are just random
