Help with RTSP camera image in OBS

I am using an ip camera to stream my bird feeder. The camera is a Ubiquiti G4 Pro and is plugged in and powered with an ethernet cable. Sometimes, the image will look great on OBS/stream and sometimes the feed will get blurry/blown out or have these vertical lines usually near the bottom of the image (see screenshots). These problems are not constant but will come and go. The image on the Ubiquiti web GUI looks fine always. Any ideas what is going on and suggestions for how I might fix it?

Did you find the solution? I've got similar problems with datavideo IP cams.
