Question / Help Help with recording/viewing

So Im recording minecraft on one screen and the other screen on obs I select the option 30fps and when playing and recording im fine with fps and on obs it displays that its running at 30fps and its running smoothly however when I stop recording and view my video the fps is terrible and its really choppy and it looks like 1 frame per second. can anyone help?

FIRST: go to advanced settigs and set rendered to Direct3D 11.

Post a complete log.

Simple settings:
Recording Quality Indistinguishable
Encoder x264 low cpu OR your GPU encoder (if available)
Format FLV
