Question / Help Help With Recording On OBS

I've been streaming for about a month now and I want to record my streams to put certain moments on YouTube. The problem is that the quality of the video is not good, as seen [here] (https://youtu.be/UaU8wm4RIts) Is their a way to fix this problem? Any help would be appreciated. Here are my settings also. Don't save to mp4, and use the simple output mode recording presets.

So instead of MP4, what should I have it on? FLV?
