Help with Realtek audio driver (Dell) not supported with Windows 10 update

Hello,

Our livestream PC (Dell Alienware X51) did a windows update over the weekend, and now our livestream audio is gone! The line in jack with the RealTek audio driver says it has the most current version under the device manager, but its a windows 7 driver. Apparently Dell doesnt support the realtekaudio driver for Windows 10? How is this possible, and what are my options? Is there a newer driver I could install that would get us back up and running? Please advise if anyone else has experienced similar issues, and many thanks!

Well, this is the OBS Studio support forum, OBS is a streaming and recording app. It's not a general Windows help support forum. I propose a Google search for "realtek audio driver".
