help with reading log - please help

Hi guys, i am having massive lag issues. no one seems to be able to help. can someone please help with reading these logs. one is from a 1080p when i was downscalling and one is when i had no down scale and upped it to 1440p which is what my monitors are. im just getting a lot of lag when i watch back but not in game.

also GPU from when i have Armoury Crate open it says im only using about 15% even with game running, and recording at same time so im fairly sure its not a GPU issue.

You can use the logfile analyzer:

I need to add that the GPU is not being over worked as i am running GPU Tweak III along with others and im not even getting close to 50% of my GPU usage..
