So I have 2mbps upload, and a pretty good PC(i7 4770k, GTX 770, 8gb 1866mhz RAM, etc), and I want to stream CS:GO with the best possible quality/ no ping ratio. So I'd like to ask exactly what and how do I improve the quality of my stream without it interfering with my actual game(ping issues). FPS is not a problem.

Here's the brodcast that goes along the log fine I uploaded.

since you have a slow internet you might want to stream in 480p or 540p at a bitrate of around 1000-1500. streaming shouldn't affect your ping, but it will slow down the game if it is using too much of your internet and there is not enough for the game. If you set your cpu preset to slower it will improve the quality without using a higher bitrate. It will use more of your CPU but you said fps is not a problem.

just one thing. what do you mean "it wont affect your ping"? its the same when uploading a video to youtube, it takes up internet space and everything is slower, and the same thing is when you're downloading something
