Help with obs

My pc specs are
Intel i9 12900k
Rtx 3060
32gb of ram at 3600 mhz
2 tb of storage
Windows 10
So my problem is laggy video and drop frames while streaming I have this issue with every game but Minecraft and Minecraft is ok other than a little blurry so I play call of duty modern warfare at 170-180 fps on 1440p but while recording I’m getting 140 fps so my issue is every time I record the video always comes out laggy or just skips frames all together it won’t even record arms 3 I took 2 photos of my settings and get a video soon if what it’s doing
