I'm having a new issue within the last few days where, seemingly out of nowhere my bitrate will drop and frames will start dropping. I don't understand why, any help would be appreciated. Frames stay constant in-game, and task manager is showing nothing being throttled, seems to just be OBS acting up.
Attached is my computer specs, OBS Log from most recent stream which had the issue at the end, and my speed test. I have the latest drivers for my Ethernet controller.
