I am slightly confused with computer stuff so I usually have my friends telling me what settings to change. I stream my games on twitch but lately my obs has been lagging up my games in my streams. I don't know how to fix it. Games I play are usually csgo, apex, valorant and rust. A couple times my games such as csgo and apex were lagging terribly :( I also stream as a vtuber to which I know the program I use for my 3d model uses a lot of cpu. Pictures are attached
