Question / Help Help with OBS crashing randomly

Hi all,

I'm looking for some help with OBS please, one of our clients have two identical laptops running OBS, one machine is fine and the other over the last month has started randomly crashing and hanging.

Our client states that it's started becoming more frequent, but when a recording completes on viewing it back the recording will of froze at some point and a still image is just displayed for the duration of the recording, this happened 4 times yesterday.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think you are running the 32bit on a 64bit pc, could be wrong but it doesn't like that

Hi thanks for the reply, I just ran the full installer therefore would've though the 64 bit was installed...

I have recently installed the latest version 20.0.1 which apparently has a lot of bug fixes, I'm hoping this fixes the problems.
