Question / Help Help with OBS and Logitech C920

Hello all,

I'm kinda new to using all of this stuff, so I'm hoping I can get a little advice. I just picked up a Logitech C920 and am trying to use OBS to record a video blog. I've got the basics down and am recording in 720p at 30fps. The problem is, the output is not crisp at all like you'd expect a 720p recording to be, especially when you expand to fullscreen.

I've been searching for solutions online and in the OBS forums, but there's a lot of tech speak about settings that I simply don't understand or know where to find them. Can anyone give this novice any advice on what settings to use so my picture is clear (and possibly where to find these settings)?

FYI, I am using a Win10 PC with an i7-6700HQ, 8GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M.

Thank you!

If you're recording you have a couple of things wrong
1> you're saving to mp4. Do not do that. Save to flv and remux afterwards.
2> Set your recording quality in settings - output to indistinguishable and encoder to the software low cpu use.
