Hi, first of all sry for my english.
Normally when i play league of legends that is the game that im trying to record i play with 90-100 FPS but when I open OBS Studio my FPS go down to 30-35 and this problem happen just opening it, when i record my FPS stay on 30 but i dont know how to fix it.
