I have an NVR (Network DVR) which monitors 4 security cameras and has an HDMI output.
I want to monitor these cameras on my existing laptop rather than buying a new screen (lack of space issue).
Using a USB HDMI Video capture card which is working (at least in preview mode). I DO NOT NEED TO RECORD which is what the NVR does. :)
I did BASIC SETUP and am able to display the CAPTURE CARD video on the laptop with no problem. Using "PREVIEW MODE" I can get full screen display.
I cant figure out how to configure AUDIO to use internal speakers on laptop. All the online instructions are from various different versions of OBS.
What do I need to do to strictly use the capture card to monitor, not record, the HDMI output of the NVR and get sound on the laptop. Is "PREVIEW MODE FULL SCREEN" the only way?
