Question / Help Help with laggy stream needed!

Hi guys and gals.

I am trying to stream some overwatch but my stream is really lagging, but my ingame fps and gameplay is stable at 120fps.

My OBS studio settings are

Encoder - x264
CBR - On
Bitrate - 2000
Cpu usage preset - veryfast
Output scale - 1280x720
FPS - 30
process priority - normal

And my pc speccs are as follows

CPU - I7 920 @4 ghz
GPU - R9 290x directCUII
Motherboard - Asus P6T
RAM - 12 gb ddr3
PSU - 850W Antec

And my internet connection is 100/100mbit/s

I have tried to change CPU usage preset and bitrate but no matter what settings i change the stream still lags. But my ingame fps is stable at 120 fps.... any thoughts about what can be wrong??

EDIT - It seems to lag mostly when i am shooting or getting shot upon :/

NVM i fixed it by using my GPU instead of CPU :)
