Question / Help Help with lag while streaming but good pc

When i stream on CS:GO i get about 90 fps but when I am not streaming i can get up to 300. I wanted to get at least 200 fps while streaming and i was wondering what i would have to do/upgrade.

PC Specs:
MSI GeForce GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G
Intel Core i7 6700K Processor (4 GHz, 4 Core, 8 Threads, 8 MB cache, LGA1151 Socket Box)
