Question / Help Help with isolating audio issue (from media sources)

Hi, guys. I'm hoping maybe someone could analyze this log file or guess from this description what might be happening. I'll try to describe as much detail as possible.

The last two times I've streamed a game, I've had a problem where mid-stream, any audio sourced from within OBS suddenly stops working. Completely silent. All output going through OBS to the main output works, so the stream still has audio. But audio processed within OBS is what stops, specifically media sources and scene transitions.

Here's the scenario incase it's relevant info to the audio crash or clarity if these devices are in the log: My Windows default playback device is a Behringer UCA-202. This is where desktop and game audio output. I've got a Stream Deck tied to hide/unhide media sources. I have this set to output its audio through an alternate device, Fast Track Pro 1/2. I also set OBS to output its audio to Fast Track Pro 1/2 instead of Windows default UCA-202 (both via App Volume and Device Preferences in Windows Sound Settings). These all feed into their own channels in an external mixer, so they're spit back into OBS in one single input.

So what happens is, I'll notice a sound clip via Stream Deck (seperate from anything OBS) won't play, suddenly. Then I notice immediately after that any audio processed through OBS like scene transitions and media sources stop working also. Since these two share an audio device, I then go to the Windows sound control panel and disable and re-enable the Fast Track Pro 1/2 audio device and that will fix the Stream Deck's silence on the spot without needing to restart anything else, but audio from OBS media won't come back until I've restarted OBS and I'd rather find the culprit and fix it, rather than have to restart the stream, only to probably have it happen again an hour later.

Could this be because I've set OBS to a different output device than Windows' default? This situation only ever happens (the Fast Track 1/2 device crash, if that's what it is) when I'm streaming live. Any other use of OBS like local recording and the stream deck never results in a crash like this.

I see a lot of stale devices under Fast Track Pro. Is it possible, for testing, if you can remove Fast Track Pro, uninstall and reinstall OBS and then use default windows audio.

Thanks for the reply. I wish I knew what you meant by stale devices. Could you take a look at this recent one too and tell me if it's the same thing, involving the Fast Track Pro? Again, mid stream, all audio output from OBS, transitions and media sources stopped playing, and this time it was set only to the default Windows audio device, which is a Behringer UCA-202. And is there any way I could restart the audio without restarting OBS?
