Help with getting OBS to record / stream at 720p@60fps

Hi,

I want to start recording/streaming some CS:GO, can someone help with some settings? i'm new into this. ( the streaming will be on YouTube )

FX6300@4.5GHz - GTX 950 STRIX 2GB ( + 165MHz Clock Speed | + 635MHz Memory Clock ) - 16GB Ram DDR3 1600MHz
