Help with error: 'Encoding overloaded! Consider turning down settings'

Hi, my church uses OBS to stream our services to Facebook live, the past couple of weeks we have been having some issues with that warning popping up; was hoping I could come here and be helped. Not sure if settings are too high, we've had the same settings set since we started streaming but have only run into this problem recently, and our computer is not more than a month old.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Use QuickSync encoder. Preset Quality, Profile High, B-frames and Keyframes 2. Change your Common FPS to something 30 or below. IMO, your PTZ camera FPS and Common FPS should be the same value.
