Help with Elgato HD60S software

I'm using the Elgato software to stream services from my church via YouTube. I'm having trouble getting the settings correct. The streaming works fine. I want to save the video stream locally, and also save the audio only to a separate file. The video stream is saved properly, but the audio only stream is not. Here are my Main settings: Capture- file location specified to local drive, Stream command enabled. Sharing - Youtube and MP4 checked, Simultaneous exports = 1, File Exports - Always convert to MP4, Mix Webcam/overlay, Export separate files to Elgato Sound Capture.

I hope this is enough information for someone to help me.
