Question / Help Help with cpu usage

Hello all

I am trying to stream using my-
I7 5820k O/C 4.1
16gb ddr4
Asus 970 4gb

But I'm getting high cpu usage. I've been told I should be able to
Stream fine at 1080p.

But I'm losing a big chunk of fps on Arma.

It was still the case when I switched to 720.

Can anyone give me a pointer please?
