Capture Card: 4K HDMI Video Capture Card - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097DKNS1M
HDMI Switch: 8K 2x1 HDMI Switch 4K@120hz by OREI - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09ZGXQ3DM

As many have in the past, I've tried many different settings to get my capture card video to display and record at a higher quality.

My purposes for capturing are replay study and publishing to YT.

All help appreciated!

Your YT upload is FullHD @60 while being encoded as AVC1 at YT only. So its totally usual that fast movement in the video content gets worse (re-)encoded at YT.

Set your PS5 to output at 60 FPS and your capture card to 60 FPS OR set your webcam FPS to 25.

Also the Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
